Build

Crafted from 1.5" BioThane, this collar offers a wide, structured fit that sits comfortably while making a statement. The integrated 1" BioThane handle is reinforced for strength and designed to sit flat against the collar when not in use.

BioThane is waterproof, stink-resistant, and wipes clean in seconds — perfect for dogs who don’t shy away from mud, water, or a bit of chaos.

Like the rest of the Trekker range, this collar uses a smart adjustment system instead of traditional pin holes. The BioThane tail feeds through the cobra buckle, allowing you to fine-tune the fit and lock it in securely.

Feed the tail through, pull to fit, clip in, and you’re ready for whatever the day throws at you.

Care Instructions

After muddy, wet, or salty adventures, give your gear a quick rinse with fresh water and allow it to dry thoroughly. This simple step helps keep everything looking good and performing well for years to come.

Shipping Information

Ready-Made Gear: Dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Custom Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 weeks.

During busy periods or the festive season, custom orders may take a little longer.

Once your order leaves us, delivery times depend on the courier network and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

This does not apply to faulty items. If you receive a product with a fault, please email us at wagandwander.petservice@gmail.com with a photo and description so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Repair Services

Dogs will be dogs, and sometimes gear takes the hit.

If your product becomes damaged, send us an email and we’ll chat through repair options. Whenever possible, we’ll repair rather than replace to help reduce waste and extend the life of your gear.

We’re also happy to look at repairs on non Wag & Wander Wardrobe items where possible. If it can be saved, we’ll do our best to keep it out of landfill.
