Custom orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks (please note during the festive season shipping may take 1-3 weeks).

Please ensure you are ordering the correct size as our orders are custom made & therefore can not be returned or refunded.

If your dog does cause damage to your product please message us and we will see what we can do to restore your item to save it from ending up in landfill.
