The Simple Screw Bungee E-Collar is designed to make fitting your receiver straightforward while keeping the collar secure and comfortable during use. With a clean, functional design, it allows you to attach your e-collar receiver directly to the strap without fuss.

Build

Each collar is made from 3/4" BioThane, creating a durable, flexible collar that handles mud, rain, and everyday training with ease.

BioThane is waterproof, easy to clean, and resistant to holding smells, making it ideal for dogs who train outdoors in all conditions.

The collar features a bungee section with upgraded thicker elastic and a 3D printed toggle, providing reliable stretch so the receiver sits securely while still allowing comfortable movement for your dog.

Finished with your choice of stainless steel or brass hardware for long-term durability.

To attach your receiver, simply unscrew one side of the collar that has our logo, slide your receiver onto the strap, and re-secure the screw rivets. If you are struggling to slide the receiver on, dab some oil on it and try again.

Contact us for screw replacements if one goes missing!

After muddy, wet, or salty adventures, give your gear a quick rinse with fresh water and allow it to dry thoroughly. This simple step helps keep everything looking good and performing well for years to come.

Shipping Information

Ready-Made Gear: Dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Custom Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 weeks.

During busy periods or the festive season, custom orders may take a little longer.

Once your order leaves us, delivery times depend on the courier network and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

This does not apply to faulty items. If you receive a product with a fault, please email us at wagandwander.petservice@gmail.com with a photo and description so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Repair Services

Dogs will be dogs, and sometimes gear takes the hit.

If your product becomes damaged, send us an email and we’ll chat through repair options. Whenever possible, we’ll repair rather than replace to help reduce waste and extend the life of your gear.

We’re also happy to look at repairs on non Wag & Wander Wardrobe items where possible. If it can be saved, we’ll do our best to keep it out of landfill.
