The Lightweight Paracord Lead is the first piece in our Lightweight Collection, designed for those who love a lighter feel in the hand without sacrificing reliability.

This lead is 0.2 cm thinner than our standard paracord design, creating a lead that feels incredibly light while still being strong enough for everyday use. Perfect for long walks, training sessions, or anyone who prefers gear that feels barely there.

Build

Each lead is hand braided using paracord, creating a lightweight and flexible line that moves naturally with your dog.

Paracord is quick drying, lightweight, and durable, making it a great choice for dogs who find mud, puddles, and beach runs impossible to resist.

Standard lead length is 1.4 m, giving a comfortable balance of freedom and control.

Finished with your choice of stainless steel or brass hardware for a strong and reliable connection to your dog’s collar.

You can choose up to two paracord colours, allowing you to create a lead that suits your dog’s style. Select your braid pattern from Plain (one colour), Spiral (two colours) and Straight (two colours).

If you’d prefer a longer or shorter lead, we’re happy to customise the length to suit your setup.

Care Instructions

After muddy, wet, or salty adventures, give your gear a quick rinse with fresh water and allow it to dry thoroughly. This simple step helps keep everything looking good and performing well for years to come.

Shipping Information

Ready-Made Gear: Dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Custom Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 weeks.

During busy periods or the festive season, custom orders may take a little longer.

Once your order leaves us, delivery times depend on the courier network and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

This does not apply to faulty items. If you receive a product with a fault, please email us at wagandwander.petservice@gmail.com with a photo and description so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Repair Services

Dogs will be dogs, and sometimes gear takes the hit.

If your product becomes damaged, send us an email and we’ll chat through repair options. Whenever possible, we’ll repair rather than replace to help reduce waste and extend the life of your gear.

We’re also happy to look at repairs on non Wag & Wander Wardrobe items where possible. If it can be saved, we’ll do our best to keep it out of landfill.
