The House Collar is designed for simple everyday wear, keeping your dog’s ID close by while staying comfortable enough to forget it’s even there. Perfect for lounging at home, pottering around the garden, or greeting visitors at the door.

Build

Each House Collar is made from 1/2" BioThane, creating a lightweight collar that’s comfortable for daily wear while still being durable enough for everyday life.

BioThane handles the usual spills of dog life with ease — water-resistant, easy to clean, and not prone to holding onto smells.

Finished with your choice of stainless steel or brass hardware.

This collar is not designed for lead attachment, but it does offer a light, secure hold should you need to guide your dog in those just in case moments — stopping them slipping out the door, redirecting them from mischief in the garden, or steadying them when the doorbell sends them into chaos mode.

Measuring Your Dog

House Collars are designed to slide over your dog’s head rather than buckle around the neck. Measure the widest part of your dog’s head (usually around the ears).

We then add approximately 5 cm to your measurement so the collar slips on easily and comes back off without any wrestling over those ears.

Care Instructions

After muddy, wet, or salty adventures, give your gear a quick rinse with fresh water and allow it to dry thoroughly. This simple step helps keep everything looking good and performing well for years to come.

Shipping Information

Ready-Made Gear: Dispatched within 1–4 business days.
Custom Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 weeks.

During busy periods or the festive season, custom orders may take a little longer.

Once your order leaves us, delivery times depend on the courier network and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

This does not apply to faulty items. If you receive a product with a fault, please email us at wagandwander.petservice@gmail.com with a photo and description so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Repair Services

Dogs will be dogs, and sometimes gear takes the hit.

If your product becomes damaged, send us an email and we’ll chat through repair options. Whenever possible, we’ll repair rather than replace to help reduce waste and extend the life of your gear.

We’re also happy to look at repairs on non Wag & Wander Wardrobe items where possible. If it can be saved, we’ll do our best to keep it out of landfill.
