• Pre-Made Products: Shipped within 1–4 business days.
• Custom Orders: Shipped within 1–3 weeks (please allow extra time during the festive season).

Please note: While we aim to dispatch your order promptly, delivery timeframes are subject to courier operations, and delays beyond our control may occur.

Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please double-check your measurements before placing your order.

This policy does not apply to faulty items. If you receive a faulty product, please email us at wagandwander.petservice@gmail.com with a photo and description, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
